01 What the flat fee buys

Everything a working
website needs. Once.

Six things ship with every build. There is no tier above this one, and nothing on the list is an upsell waiting to happen.

Design

Drawn from a blank page

No theme, no starter kit, no recycled section library. The palette, the type and the layout are decided for your brand and nobody else’s.

Approval

Mockups before any code

You see the design and sign it off before a line is written. Nothing gets built on a guess about what you meant.

Build

A whole site, not a splash page

Four to six pages, structured around what the business actually sells — and responsive down to a 320px screen.

Search

SEO written into the markup

Heading order, titles, meta, alt text, clean URLs, structured data, a sitemap and loads measured in milliseconds.

Brand

Two logo options included

No mark yet? Two usable ones come with the base price. Already have one? We build the whole system around it instead.

Handover

Yours outright on delivery

The full codebase, deployed and transferred. No licence to renew, no builder subscription keeping your site alive.

02 Who we build for

People with better things
to do than build websites.

01

Small businesses

Turn a name someone half-remembers into a page that closes the loop.

02

Independent professionals

A portfolio that reads as sharp as the work sitting inside it.

03

Clinics & practices

A booking-ready presence people trust before they have called.

04

Early-stage teams

A launch site that looks funded, not assembled last Tuesday night.

04 How it runs

Three steps.
Barely any meetings.

No discovery workshop, no onboarding portal, no weekly status call. You brief us once and we go quiet until there is something to look at.

  1. Step 01

    The brief

You write down what the business does, which pages you need and what you like the look of. Clear requirements in, no guesswork out.

  2. Step 02

    Design, then build

Mockups land first. Once they are signed off, the build follows — custom palette, hand-written markup, search work included.

  3. Step 03

    Review and ship

You review it live, we take the last pass, it deploys. Then the repository and every asset are handed over to you.

05 The argument

A generator can produce pages.
It cannot decide what
yours should say.

The hard part of a website was never the HTML. It is knowing which three sentences belong above the fold, which page a stranger lands on from search, what to cut, and what a visitor needs to read before they will pick up the phone.

Those are judgement calls, and they are the ones we are actually charging you for. Everything else — the markup, the palette, the performance budget, the structured data — is craft we would rather you never had to think about.

We are early, so we will be straight with you: this site is the reference build. It was made the way yours will be. Judge the craft here first.
